On Friday, October 28, 2016, from 9 to 5 PM PST, Twitter will host the Digital Citizenship Summit launch event for U.S. Media Literacy Week at their San Francisco headquarters with emcee Kelly Wallace, an award­-winning journalist and editor-­at­-large for CNN. The event brings together students, industry experts and child advocacy organizations to debate and share knowledge about the safe, savvy, and ethical use of social media & technology. The focus will be on sharing knowledge, finding solutions, promoting best practices, and empowering global citizens to “be the digital change.”
